Seafrost Posted June 25, 2004 #1 Share Posted June 25, 2004 Are the dinning room assignments directly related to where your cabin is located? For example if your cabin is in the foward section of the ship would you be assigned to the foward dinning room? Or are the assignments random or unrelated to your cabin location? Bunkie103 Posted June 25, 2004 #2 Share Posted June 25, 2004 Not sure it is written in stone, but when we had a far forward cabin we were in the London Dining Room on the Triumph and having just done a CTN on the Victory in an aft cabin we were in the Pacific (aft) dining room. born2crooz Posted June 25, 2004 #3 Share Posted June 25, 2004 I always thought that was the case, however, on our recent Triumph cruise, we had a cabin just forward of the glass elevators and just assumed we'd be in the London Dining room (mid ship). When we got on board, we found we were assigned to the Paris dining room (aft)
sfagent Posted June 25, 2004 #4 Share Posted June 25, 2004 We cruised on the Triumph last year with 2 other couples and the dining assignments had nothing to do with the stateroom selection. We did however get the maitre de to make changes when we arrived and it was handled very effeciently. If you are going with others make sure you do it as soon as possible. We heard of others who weren't able to change if they waited until the first full day of cruising.
