group cruise advise needed

I'm looking at setting up a group cruise for our family/friends for 2008 on the Freedom of the Seas. Do any of you who have been incharge of group cruises have advice for me? Is there an RCI agent you have worked with for group cruises that you would recommend? The only cruise I've ever been on is the carnival inspiration. We loved it so much that we convinced our family we needed to cruise together. So thus the group cruise. :D Thanks for all your help! I need it!

We also did a cruise for 30 people on the Explore this past March. I did a monthly newsletter with all kinds of info on the islands, ship, then also spotlighted a couple in the "getting to know your cruisemates" section. Everyone just loved it!!
