Bacab Eco Adventure Park new in Belize

Hi everyone! While we have some time to wait, (about 280 days or so, not that I am counting ;) ) I found this while surfing the carnival site excursion page & then found some more small information on the belize channel 5 news website. http://new.channel5belize.com/archive_detail_story.php?story_id=16032

 

 

It's evidently been open for about 7 weeks or so, but it looks really nice.

 

My dh & I had no idea of what we wanted to do in belize, but this sparked our interest. Their website isn't really up yet, but I am sure it will be soon.

 

Just wanted to pass this information along :D and if anyone finds any more information, I'd sure appreciate it!

I just booked this one for our first trip to Belize on the Miracle this October. The other link didn't work for me so I did some searching. This article appears to be the same one with a nice picture of the big pool. It's dated from around Easter, so not too old.

Yep, that is the same article. Since you are going first, I will ask for a report when you get back ;) It looks really beautiful! Since this is our first cruise, I am trying to find something kinda different at each stop. Their individual website still isn't up - I keep hoping they will get it up soon with more pictures. Your countdown seems so close!

"Eco Adventure Park just 20 minutes from Belize City offering two restaurants, three bars, swimming pool, gift shop, & adventure tours (horseback riding, nature trails, kayaking, bicycle trails, butterfly house) all on site."

The website for the park itself is still not functional.
