kazza Posted May 6, 2006 #1 Share Posted May 6, 2006 We stopped in Freeport whilst on Celebrity Constellation last month and caught the taxi/van in to Lucaya. On the way we saw a crazy golf course and as we have 2 boys who love crazy golf we thought we would try it on the way back to the ship. We got a taxi from Lucaya to the golf (actually it was a lovely stretch limo that was the same price as the normal taxi) and arranged for them to return and pick us up from the golf course later, which they did for a very reasonable price. The golf was good - not the best course ever, but a reasonable standard and good value ($8 for adults and $4 children under 12 for 18 holes). Just another idea for people desperately looking for things to do in Freeport!
KINGBOBOFTHENORTH Posted May 9, 2006 #2 Share Posted May 9, 2006 Thanks for the information about "crazy golf", "goofy golf" or "miniature golf". I didn't know that there was such a facility in Freeport. It is a popular way to spend an hour or two. BobK/Orlando
