Are there any carrental-companies close to the pier and what is the prize for a small car?

Depends on where you are docked. The most popular dock is in Havensight, there are car rental agencies in walking distance from that dock. Ballpark price $50-$60 for a smaller car; but definately check with the agencies - prices vary by season and sometimes there are specials.

Just a word of additional advice - use some caution! There are a couple of agency close to the port. Getting a car isn't a problem, keeping it in the same condition until you return it could be. We just came back from there last week. On the drive back from Coki Beack to the port we saw two accidents and were almost rearended by someone that rented a Jeep from the agency. All of these were seperate occurances! I looked around and noticed that traffic lights are few and far, and traffic signs (mainly stop signs!) were even fewer and farther between!! It would have save our group some, but I'm glad we didn't do it.
