dinner menu question

Hello

I have seen samples of the menus but they are all from a few years ago and from different destinations so my questions is there any way to find out ahead of time the actual menus besides when on board. I would like to try the Pinacle Room one night. I will be sailing next week to Alaska on the Oosterdam. I have seen that there is a Dutch night and I would not mind missing that night in the dining room. Is there any way to find out which night that will be?

You might try calling Holland America Ship Services in Seattle. Maybe they can tell you which night it will be. If not, then once you're on board go to the dining room and speak with the Maitre d'. He will know. Then you can go to or call the Pinnacle and make your reservation.
