Sightseeing in puerto rico

We are landing in san juan at 2:00 p.m. the day before our cruise. We really wanted to visit the Bacardi Rum Factory but I looked at the hours and it closes at 4:00 p.m. I don't think we would make it. Is there anywhere else for us to go sightseeing?

I noticed the last tour is 4:00. Can we go to Bacardi factory and show ourselves around or do they close at 4?

There should be a city distillery tour offer by the ship

You can probably take the ferry over.
