When I went to rccl.com to make a payment it said something about a crown and anchor accout and was wondering what this is? Thanks!

parrotthead Posted May 12, 2006 #3 Share Posted May 12, 2006 wow, I cant believe no one has answered this one...I didnt answer earlier b/c I just figured 'everyone else' would, sorry...guess thats what 'everyone else' thought too...;) On C&A is basiclly a 'frequent cruisers' club..for lack of a better term...if you have sailed RCI before you can call them and they will look up your sailing and issue you a clube member #...the membership is 'free'...if entitles you to member benifits that increase the more you curise...ie: after 1 cruise you are "gold" and are eligible for 'goodies'...after 5 cruises you are "platnuim" and the 'goodies' get better...after 10 cruises you are "diamond" and the 'goodies' get even better...after 25 cruises(I think) you are "diamond PLUS" and the 'goodies' get real good... there is even a level for after 49 cruises and after 100 cruises(ahh, I have a new goal in life:p ) When you are "gold" you will recieve a coupon booklet in you cabin and a RoyalCaribbean totebag or the like...also free wine tasting and a 'welcome back reception' with cocktails etc...its fun to get the little perks... just call RCI and they will hook-you-up:D Also on the RCI website there is lots of info..just click the Crown & Anchor button and it will take you to all the info. Hope that helps Enjoy you cruise!!

You are afforded certain perks as a repeat customer, than a first time cruiser. The more cruises you take the "better" the perks get.
