Velvet in the Med in October

Recommended Posts

This is going to be kind of a multi-part question. I dont have a lot of formal or semi-formal clothing, or even business casual. We lived in the Chicago area prior to retirement and are now in a small, rural area, and the men even wear their jeans to weddings! Anyhow, I do have some velvet things - 3/4 length sleeve tops with glittery stuff, and one shot with metallic threads - both black, to wear with black pants/long black skirt.

The other question in are summery fabrics worn there in Oct? I have a long dress with spaghetti straps that is a pink floral fabric, with a matching, flowing

jacket that goes over it - worn for my daughters August wedding, but dont know about Oct in the Med. see photo below
