Need some ideas for items to put in a gift basket for an 19 year old young lady who is going on her first cruise to the caribbean next Friday.

Need a little bit more information in order to help with this one, if it is a practical gift basic there are a few items that are usually forgotten that would be good.

 

A stand of bobby pins (good for formal nights)

A gift certificate to use toward the seapass (can be practical or spa related)

disposal underwater cameras (these are a must a very expensive down there)

a picture frame for her favorite cruise photo 5x7 or 8x10

if she is a coffee drinker a coffee thermos mug since the cruise lines are tiny

a swimsuite cover-up

a manicure or pedicure coupon to use before she goes

 

I hope these ideas help, if this is not the way you were thinking let me know I can give you some other ideas.

Need some ideas for items to put in a gift basket for an 19 year old young lady who is going on her first cruise to the caribbean next Friday.

 

We did something like that for our daughter and a friend of hers on our last cruise. Instead of a basket though we used a tote bag so they had something to carry off ship when they went to the beach at a couple of ports. I don't remember everything that we put in it but some of the items were a beach towel, sun tan lotion, flip flops, a charm of a cruise ship for their bracelet, a small photo album and I know their was a couple of other things but I can't remember right now. We tried to find things that they would use while on the cruise.

That sounds like a cute idea, My daughter will turn 20 on the 3rd day out on our next cruise, i think i may make her a gift basket also.
