Scotty1 Posted May 16, 2006 #1 Share Posted May 16, 2006 Just received the packet containing our Seabourn Club cards, a Thank You letter and a DVD. Unfortunately it appears the US Postal Service decided to see if the DVD's were fragile (one was broken in three pieces and the other was merely split in half). Can someone tell me what is on the DVD's before I ask Seabourn to resend ? Thanks Scotty
thulewx Posted May 17, 2006 #2 Share Posted May 17, 2006 I don't know if they're the same, but I just received the Seabourn DVD they include in the package with brochures, and it's essentially the same videos that are on their website's "virtual theater." http://www.seabourn.com/LifeOnBoard/default.asp?Main=OnBoard&Sec=Theater I can't envision Seabourn spending the money to produce another video that's much different. Scotty1 Posted May 17, 2006 Author #3 Share Posted May 17, 2006 Hi thulewx, this DVD (or maybe it's a CD) had a black and gold label label on it unlike the other one which if memory serves was blue.
thulewx Posted May 17, 2006 #4 Share Posted May 17, 2006 Hmmm - does sound like something different, especially if there were two. And, yes, the intro one is blue...
JaneBP Posted May 17, 2006 #5 Share Posted May 17, 2006 How long does it take from the end of one's first cruise until a club number is assigned? Thanks, J
Scotty1 Posted May 17, 2006 Author #6 Share Posted May 17, 2006 Hi Jane, it took them about 3 weeks. We were on the 3/26 Legend cruise, when I had not heard anything from Miami about our onboard booking deposit I sent them an email asking for confirmation and the club number, which they sent. The thank you packet contains a thank you letter, membership cards, membership booklet, referal cards and the DVD/CD.
