Wireless Internet on Destiny

I just got off the Glory (4/15-4/22) and I wireless interent could be accessed on the lido deck as I was told. I got to thinking............did that include the cabins on deck 9? And if so, does that also apply for the Destiny? We'll be going again over Easter next year on the Destiny and I'm trying to decide which deck to be on! I thought if I could get a balcony on deck 9, then I can check e-mail etc. while my son is sleeping in during the morning and still enjoy the weather and view from my balcony while catching up back home etc.
