How to start a Cruise Critic Group Cruise

We would love to start a cruise critic sailing of the Glory over Thanksgiving of 2007. We thought about doing the Legend, but I would prefer to have more ports than days at sea. We would most likely have at least 4 cabins of our own.

 

What is the process to put together a group cruise?
