Wind/Vanc. Check-in Suites/Latitudes

Mel or anyone:

 

I have read that at most ports there is a Suites/Latitudes Members check-in line.

 

However, I think I have also read that this line is sometimes only open at the beginning of check-in, i.e. if you arrive later in the day people are told "Those passengers have been taken already." I'm not clear on this.

 

Check-in opens at 1:00 for the Wind out of Vancouver at Canada Place.

 

If we don't get there until 2:30, will the "VIP" check-in line be closed? I'd certainly like to take advantage of it if possible, but right now 2:30 is our preferred arrival time.
