Puerto Rico hotels

I answered your post about resorts and gave you some links that might help.

If you want to stay in San Juan, there are several B&B places in Condado. You

may be able to get guest privileges at Ocean Club at the Marriot for spa use.

Check tripadvisor for hotel reviews. Yes, food can be expensive there, but

try some of the local places. Puerto Ricans are very friendly and helpful.

Ask them for good local places. If you do stay in the city, ride the bus for .75.

Not always on schedule[?] but will get you there. Also check out the Urban

Train for some views of the city. An interesting place to go is the Plaza De

Diego, a local area with bargains, stalls on the street, fruit and veg stands

and a taste of local color. It is in Rio Piedras and can be reached by bus or train. I spend a lot of time in Puerto Rico and always find new things to do.
