HELP -- Signature Not Showing Up

I have my signature set up and it shows in the preview and I have it clicked to show in the post but when I post it is not there???????? HELP!!

Yahoooo Thanks for the help. Stressing about packing and work and didn't see that option. Have less than 48 hours till we leave. Nothing but cosmetics are in suitcase.
