Princess' Original Salmon Bake

A word of caution. If you booked the Gold Creek Original Salmon Bake cancel it NOW. The food was overcooked and cold. Seems they cook everything up earlier and it gets overcooked staying warm on the grill and when they finally decide to take it off the fire, it gets cold. We reported this to Princess immediately upon returning and they stated "We have not had any other complaints". Three other couples complained on the school bus ride back but when they saw the line at the tour desk they decided not to waste any more time and went to get dinner before it was too late. The last day of the cruise Princess gave us a 30% credit. So unless you want to pay $35.00 apiece for a 10 minute school bus ride and cold, overcooked salmon don't go. Spend your money at the Bayou Cafe instead!
