Does anyone know if you can get the recipes for the food on the ships? I cruised several years ago and just loved the pasta dishes on the buffet line. I would love to have these recipes.

The answer to your question is YES. According to a recent Press release: Princess' popular cookbook, Courses, A Culinary Journey, a collective work of recipes from 20 of its talented chefs-at-sea, has sold more than 100,000 copies on board its ships and is now available online for the first time at Amazon.com. Ahhh, that's what I forgot to do! I meant to check on my recent RCI cruise to see about cookbooks.:( I have all three of Carnival's cookbooks. I would guess all the lines have their own cookbooks for sale.
