bettycrocker Posted May 25, 2006 #1 Share Posted May 25, 2006 Just checked my cruise price and the price has gone down $60 dollars. Yeah! But, I'm not sure who to call, the TA or Carnival? I have not made my final payment yet. What do you all suggest. I know from these boards, I'll probably get on board credit or something, which is great. WeBeGone Posted May 25, 2006 #2 Share Posted May 25, 2006 You call whomever made your reservation. If you used a TA, call them. If you booked direct with Carnival, call them. You can adjust prices until the final payment is made.
Llav01 Posted May 26, 2006 #3 Share Posted May 26, 2006 yes definitly call your TA. On one of my cruises there was a 400/person drop in price and I called Celebrity directly(since I had booked through them) and they credited my credit card! No questions asked! Cotton Posted May 26, 2006 #4 Share Posted May 26, 2006 Since this will be a Carnival cruise... You need to call your booking agent, in this case your TA. Calling Carnival would do no good. They won't 'interfere' with an outside booking. They would tell you to contact your TA.:)
bettycrocker Posted May 26, 2006 Author #5 Share Posted May 26, 2006 I'm totally addicted to these boards. I knew you guys would know. If you can't be cruising, at least you can read about cruising. :D
