Snorkel Vest - Good One?

I found a website last night that has a reasonably priced snorkel vest.

 

Could someone who knows their stuff tell me if this is a good one?

I got my on ebay for about the same price. Looks exactly the same. They don't mention anything about the air valve so I don't know how good that is. You might want to search ebay just to read the discriptions on what sellers think is best about their product and compare.
