Seattle to Port in Vancouver

Could someone tell me how long it takes via transfer from Seattle airport to the Port in Vancouver

We flew into Seattle last year and used a service call Quick Shuttle. The trip itself was about four and a half hours from the airport to the pier. The bus made a few other stops enroute and going through customs took about twenty minutes. The traffic for the first hour was very heavy and we were caught up in traffic jams for awhile. If I remember correctly, we were told by some if you rent a vehicle, you could do the drive in about three hours. We were a party of nine with one person in an electric wheelchair, so we had to make special arrangements. Hope this helps some.
