Parking at Orient Beach(es)

First, I did try a search and was overwhelmed trying to find what I'm after. I may be dreaming, but thought I read somewhere on here about parking (free?) in the Pedros/Pirates section of OB. Please confirm if "Real, or No Real!" Thanks in advance.

There's plenty of free parking at Orient. Always a spot.

We have always parked our cars behind Pedros. There are now fewer spots closer to THE SIGN, since they are now reserved for the cabs. You just then have to walk 50' further, no real problem.
