masonpips Posted June 1, 2006 #1 Share Posted June 1, 2006 My dh and I both have MP3 players and would like to have a small set of speakers to plug into so we can have some in-stateroom music of our favorite (beach) tunes. Does anyone have a recommendation? We have Creative (brand) players if that makes a difference. TIA :)
BearySweet2Cruise Posted June 1, 2006 #2 Share Posted June 1, 2006 well I cant help because we never used the cabin for anything more than a quick shower and a few hours sleep (very few) I hope that will change since I have balcony cabins on all my upcoming vacations :)
trixie54 Posted June 1, 2006 #3 Share Posted June 1, 2006 I just returned from the Radiance & used Creative's TravelDock with my Zen Micro MP3 - worked perfectly, really fun! You just stick the MP3 on the dock & go! (it plugs into the headphone jack). It's small & lightweight, & the sound is passable - nothing terrific, but good for being so small. It was fun to take it into the bathroom with me & enjoy a tubby to my tunes while my partner slept peacefully on, & when we wanted some depth, we just plugged it into the DVD player in the room & used those stereo speakers. (We had a Grand Suite, not sure of sound systems in other rooms.)
masonpips Posted June 1, 2006 Author #4 Share Posted June 1, 2006 Ok excellent, we have a Grand Suite as well so we could just plug into it I guess? Thanks so much!

rorito Posted June 1, 2006 #6 Share Posted June 1, 2006 Try a pair of Bose computer speakers. They sound as good as my car stereo!
