Have you been to Dzul Ha in last few months?

We are wondering if this will be the best place to snorkel in Coz. We have only snorkled the airplane near the pier, so we really won't be able to compare pre and post Wilma conditions if we go to Dzul Ha. We don't want to waste our time if conditions are terrible, but if they're decent we're game. Any comments?

conditions were not good at all at dzul ha a few months ago and i don't think they have improved.. the hurricane really destroyed any close to shore snorkeling.. I would advise taking one of the excursions by boat out to the fabulous reefs.. if you don't do a ship's excursion check with paradise beach because i think they now have a catamaran that will take you out to the reef.. that way you get a day at the beach and also some snorkeling in..
