Best Time To Call NCL?

To make a long story short, I discovered yesterday that the price of my cruise in December had dropped, so I called NCL at about 8:30 PM to see about getting the lower price (I have not made final payment yet). It took me nearly 45 minutes to get an actual person on the phone! She was very nice and was able to help me (after her computer crashed twice!) but it was frustrating.

Was I just calling at the wrong time? When is the quickest time to get through? Thanks guys!

Well apparently I have answered my own questions. Just got off the phone with NCL and had no wait time at all. Guess the idea is not to call late in the evening.

I will say this, the people I have talked to have all been incredibly nice and willing to help, but they seem to have difficulties locating information and sending emails (three calls to get an email confirmation sent?). One woman spent nearly ten minutes trying to locate my reservation and another had to put me on hold three times to find the price I was quoted.
