Need rental car after Miami cruise

Anyone know the best option to get a rental car after our cruise from Miami?

All the major rental agencies are in MIA - go to bnm.com and find out the best deal, call their 800# and see about the shuttle from the port.

Take a cab ($7) to the AVIS downtown Miami location less then 5 minutes from the port. You'll miss all the crowds from the airport and cruiseport and be on your way quick and easy. ;)

We will also need a car. Does anyone know if there is an Alamo or National close to the pier that we can cab to? We will be driving up to WDW post cruise and want to drop the car off there since they have these two companies on property.
