Best hotel in Papeete and Moorea

Looking for the best hotel in Papeete and Moorea.
Have been checking the Beachcomber in Tahiti and Sheraton, also Radisson has a new hotel in Papeete.
New to Radisson Seven Seas and have no idea where to start.
We are sailing March of 2005.

If you're doing RSSC air I would recommend going with the RSSC pre-cruise package . Things may have changed with the opening of the new Radisson hotel, but last year Cat B and above were put up at the le Meridien and lower than Cat B were at the Beachcomber. We were at the Meridien and were well satisfied with it pre cruise and for the day room post cruise. Those at the Beachcomber were also well satisfied. Keep in mind that food in FP is not really very good and it's very expensive. I would definitely go in a day early.
