cee.lynn Posted June 4, 2006 #1 Share Posted June 4, 2006 Hi everyone. I am booked on the Majesty of the Seas in December and am wondering if someone can give me a quick review of the food options onboard. Are there any 24-hour or late night options? What about the buffet - how is it? Thanks. C

RhondaC Posted June 5, 2006 #4 Share Posted June 5, 2006 We've been on Majesty three times, and we think the food is very good! :)
cruisePRN Posted June 5, 2006 #5 Share Posted June 5, 2006 I sailed on the Majesty in January and found the food just fine. It's not gourmet anymore like the ole days. If you don't like what's on the menu you can always ask for a steak or some other alternative which will be offered every night. There is no reason to go hungry on the Majesty. The service in the dining room was excellent.
realtorron Posted June 5, 2006 #6 Share Posted June 5, 2006 Majesty’s food is good. Several midnight buffets. The one on the pool deck on Tuesday night (formal night). One in the dining room (chocolate). Line forms early for the chocolate. Room service is also available. You won’t go hungry.

The post I quoted is a bit misleading. There isnt "several" on the 4 nighter. Just the two he/she mentioned. One called "Dancing Under the Stars" up on Deck one night. The other being a Chocolate buffet. One a 3 nighter there is only one, up on deck. No Chocolate buffet.
