Best Princess Shore Excursions - St. Marteen/St. Thomas

We're in a bind to pick the perfect shore excursions for our Aug '06 Caribbean Princess Cruise. We want to snorkle off of St. John's while in St. Thomas and then do Maho Beach, Orient Beach and shopping in St. Marteen.

 

All of the snorkle trips look very similar in St. Thomas. In St. Marteen, we were considering the horseback riding in the morning since it's only for 2.5 hours and then doing the beaches in the afternoon. DO you think we can squeeze all of that in while in St. Marteen?

Check with Sunnylistontours.com we are doing Sunny for both St Thomas and he has a friend for St. Martiln. Gets really good reviews. There will be 2 of us and we are paying $25 each for St. Thomas and $30 for St Martin.
