Bert's Bar??

I am a fan of hockey and watch games all the time, usually doesn't even matter who is playing. I saw that the owner of the Ottawa Senators is somehow connected to Bert's Bar in Barbados. So I went to their web site and they have pictures of ladies shirts that say "Hockey Night in Barbados", which I would like to get.

I emailed them to see if I can purchase one over the phone or internet, or asked if they are located close to the cruise ship docks. I didn't get any response.

 

Can any one help me? I will in Barbados on a cruise at the very end of November.

Eugene Melnyk actually now owns Berts Bar..and the Ottawa Senators (amont other things.) thats the connection with Berts.. he has done a great job fixing the place up. It's actually located on the south coast, about a 15-20 taxi ride from the seaport (depending on traffic). Not a problem getting there.

 

How long ago did you e-mail them?? Give them a little time.. or if you don't get an e-mail from them in the next week.. let me know and I'll see what I can find out for you by calling them directly from Barbados..

Went to Berts for fathers day.. and to watch the World Cup .. Ask about the shirt.. The girl there said the shirts in the pictures are promotions, not available to buy and where given away at events at the bar. Sounds like they will do it again during the hockey season,, but again.. only as promo not for sale.
