lisas414 Posted June 16, 2006 #1 Share Posted June 16, 2006 Quick question, we are leaving in less than 30 days, just switched 2 rooms yesterday. Will we get new luggage tags mailed out to us and info. I was told we would not. If I put the old ones on, I do not want my luggage to go to the wrong room. Has anyone experienced this? WHat do I do? FSUSammy Posted June 16, 2006 #2 Share Posted June 16, 2006 They should have luggage tags at the pier. Just wait till you get there.
lisas414 Posted June 16, 2006 Author #3 Share Posted June 16, 2006 Can I call and get new luggage tags mailed to me? Can I get generic ones and label the room # on them?
beachlovergirl Posted June 16, 2006 #4 Share Posted June 16, 2006 If you've already received your docs they will not send out new luggage tags with your new cabin numbers. We changed cabins a few weeks before our cruise....they put luggage tags on at the pier !
Travelgrrl Posted June 16, 2006 #5 Share Posted June 16, 2006 There's a coordinator (often with a table or podium) that will look you up on the manifest and give you blank tags. Easy peasy!

You do not put these tags on your luggage when you fly; they are just put on for boarding. You will be fine getting them at the pier. Been there. Done that. No stress! Treven Posted June 16, 2006 #7 Share Posted June 16, 2006 Ditto; it's happened to me. Don't sweat the small stuff; you can pick up blank tags at the pier.
