DVD PURCHASE on Pride for Canopy Tour..dvd no good, no images??

Has this happened to anyone? My dh purchased a dvd from the company that does excursion via the cruise recommendation and the dvd is blank.

 

He emailed the company but haven't heard back. Anyone have feedback for me.:confused:

You might try playing it on another DVD player. I know this sounds rediculous but all DVD recorcorders are not alike. Some are not compatible with others just as some disks will not play on some machines. Hate to be the bearer of bad new but such is life.

I'd suggest contacting them again. They seemed very professional and I'm sure they'll send you a new copy. We did the tour two years ago. We received the DVD a couple weeks later and it was fine. We mostly use it now to show our friends and neighbors how brave we were.:)
