Carnival Deluxe Romance Package Question

Do any of you Carnival Brides have a list of the choices for the Hot and Cold hor d'oeuvers offered with the Carnival Deluxe Romance Wedding Package? If so can you please list them for me or email me the examples provided to: shall7574@mail.com. We are thinking of changing our reception from the sit down formal luncheon to the deluxe romance package and I wanted to know what kind of Hot and Cold hor d'oeuvers they were serving. Sorry, I do not have a scanner to email them to you, but here is the list:

 

Cold:

Roast beef and brie canape

Prosciutto and melon canape

Stuffed egg canape

California sushi roll

Smoked salmon and cream cheese canape

 

Hot:

Chicken brochette

Stuffed mushrooms

Chicekn nuggets with honey mustard sauce

Lamb empanadas with cilantro salsa

Spanakopita

Spring rolls

 

"All items are Chef Selection. The Chef will select 4 hot items and 4 cold items from the above list. If an item is not available Chef will substitute with another suitable item. In case of allergies or dietary restrictions contact your Wedding Coordinator for substitutions."

 

If you read any other Carnival wedding reviews, it seems like they also serve fresh fruit platters and they continuosly fill empty platters with more food. It seems like the food keeps coming until the reception is over.
