Freedom (October 28, 2007)

We were looking to book either the Freedom or the Liberty for the last week in October in 2007. All of the prices are out except for the Freedom's prices on their October 28th cruise. It had N/A for all of the prices. I called RCCL and asked why and their response was that the ship was sold out for the week. I was surprised that the ship sold out that far in advance. Has anyone heard of a ship selling out that far in advance?

Yes, I have. When they are new ships, they sell out quickly. We booked our Freedom Cruise for October '06 last June. And it sold out very quickly. But rooms tend to open up once in a while. Ours was sold out for a long time, but yesterday there were rooms available in almost every category. I would just keep checking back. And, after final payment date, rooms tend to open up as well.
