Luggage & Locks

When my husband and I are on the land tour do I lock our luggage when I send some of it on to the ship? I don't know if Princess sends it by air or truck I would think truck but I am not sure. The luggage will be with us one night in Fairbanks and then we give it to Princess to take to the ship.

Just last night on the news it came out that 4 baggage handlers at FLL airport were arrested for opening luggage and taking what they wanted. You can't prevent it but you can make it difficult with tie wraps etc. FYI.

Use cable tie wraps or TSA-approved locks when flying. If you are sending bags ahead to the ship, definitely use locks, TSA-approved or otherwise. Never put anything in a checked bag that you can't bear to lose.
