Water temp in December?

We are going to Belize on December 19th. Will the water be too cold to enjoy Cave Tubing? How about the ocean and at night on deck?

I've been snorkeling in Belize in December and the water temprature was fine.

 

A quick search for 'belize water temperature' on Google brings up results that suggest the sea is generally at 75-85 F. Another site says the cave water is at a constant 75 F.

We went tubing on the Macal River in January and the water temperature was a nice 75 degrees. We did not go cave tubing, but I expect the water to be the same temperature.
