Looking for Humping Bears Microbrewery

Can anyone tell me where I will find the Humping Bears microbrewery? We are cruising on the Norwegian Sun leaving on July 8. A friend did a carving for this brewery's tap and would like us to say hello. Thanks for the info.

The Brewery that you are referring to is not a brewery at all, but rather a bar in Ketchikan and is called The Arctic Bar which is directly in front of the long pier where Holland American normally berths. We had a great time in there. Please say hello to Liz for us; she was our bartender! Their shirt was so funny, we purchased one to wear for the Quest game on the Radiance! Have a great time and be a Happy Bear.

Don't know if this is the one you are looking for, but there is a Humpys Great Alaskan Alehouse in Anchorage. They are on 6th Ave. Also, you can check out their website http://www.humpys.com.

Thank you for your help. Someone had told us they had seen a large woodcarving of the bears, but was not able to give us any other information. We plan to enjoy a few glasses there and will try hard to be Happy Bears! ;) Also, will say hello to Liz for you.

BTW, if you are in Anchorage, definitely go to "Humpy's" for lunch but remember, they get very crowded with the lunchtime folks. Great food and very reasonable for Alaska.
