Here is the tide table for the summer/fall of 2006

Times are local, Atlantic Standard Time, which is 1 hr ahead of Eastern.

 

The most activity and rapids in the water is during "LOW" tide, and the water flows backwards or "Reverses" at "HIGH" tide.
