jfpb Posted July 3, 2006 #1 Share Posted July 3, 2006 Does anyone know how many sea miles you must accumulate for a free cruise? I can't find this information. I clicked onto the rewards page on the carnival website, but it came back blank. If anyone has this info I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.:)

ezmony54 Posted July 3, 2006 #4 Share Posted July 3, 2006 I am going on a cruise in Sep with sea miles. It took 112000 sea miles to get a free carribean cruise for 2. If I had used a cashback like discover I would have had about 1700.00 and would have a balcony instead of an inside worh 900.00 (just looked it up). It has taken me many years and I am having a hard time enjoying the freebie knowing what I should have been able to get......

I just learned Discover had a deal where they will DOUBLE your casback when you book a cruise with Carnival... So, if you have $100 built up....they will give you $200 in credit. Any questions why I am aobut to ditch my "Boat Card" and start using Disciver again??

I saw this and i called and inquired about it and they told me I had to book with thier TA and the prices were jacked up so there was no extra savings. got a better deal going through my own TA

Thanks in advance.:) 45,000 points will get you a free 5 day cruise, 62 - 80,000 points will get you on a Free 7 day cruise. The cool thing is that you can also use some of your points to help pay for your 7 day cruise. I redeemed 45,000 points and got my Valor Cruise down to 295.00 pp Fred
