Getting from the airport to the cruise port in NY

Anyone know how to get from either LaGuardia, JFK or the train station to the cruise port? We are cruising on the Victory Aug 17 and can't decide whether to fly into either of these airports or to take the train-all I see is private transportation for $125-surely there must be a shuttle or some scheduled way to get to the port-thanks for the input

Private services are your only other choice. Newark airport is much closer than JFK and about the same distance as Laguardia but easier and cheaper to get to and from. Consider a flight to newark if possible.

 

From Penn Station and Grand Central Station is is a short cabride to the pier.
