Offer by snail mail from Princess

I received an letter in the mail (snail mail) and it says if I book a cruise with Princess by mid-August, I can get a shipboard credit of $150 per couple for inside or OV or $200 for balcony and above. Has anyone used this before? I called Princess and the person had no idea what I was talking about. I know they have many offers but I would think they could look it up.

 

We were thinking of Diamond to Mexico.

If it is from Princess, there should be a promotion code on the letter you received. Find the code and give a call back. Sometimes the phone agents aren't all up to speed on the latest deals.

It is legit. We received one last week which was good timing since we that week booked a Western 10-07 Balcony. Got an extra $50.00 from Agency we booked cruise from, giving us $250.00 shipboard credit. We can use it on anything but liquor. That means shore excursions, gift shop, etc. Great deal, but it must be used by the August end date on letter.
