"Superstar" on Zaandam?

Does anyone know if they do the "Superstar" competition on the Zaandam like they do on the Zuiderdam and Oosterdam? We're not performers, but we love to watch both that and karaoke. (I just barely caught the "American Idol" bug, so this last one was my first.)

I can't answer specifically about the Zaandam. On our recent Noordam they were not going to have one, but after so many people attended the Karioke (sp?) they decided to have one.

 

We went the first night and the Queens Lounge was standing room only. We missed the finals for some reason, but DS went and one of his friends won.

Thanks for your input. I guess we'll just have to see when karaoke is on the schedule and be content with that. It's a fun competition to watch. On the Zuiderdam we had two women who were recording artists and they were AMAZING. On the Oosterdam we had the cutest fellow (in his 60s) who could sing Neil Diamond better than Neil can these days. :eek: We liked it a lot, but we're also easy to please.

 

Right now I just can't wait to go! Less than two weeks and after the hotter than you-know-where rodeo we went to today (100+ degrees!), I'm ready to dive into Glacier Bay voluntarily and stay there!
