Enchantment aft cabin questions

Howdy, folks...

 

Hubby and I just booked on the Enchantment for February 2007, and managed to get an aft cabin - whee!! We're on Deck 7, right above the Carousel Lounge. A couple of questions - is the noise terribly bad from the club below? I'm a fairly light sleeper, so am a little nervous about that. Also, how much movement/vibration do you feel in those aft cabins?

We had a JS on deck 8 and I don't recall feeling any significant vibration. Watch out for smoke stack left overs on the balcony and chairs. It can mess up your clothing if you sit without looking and cleaning.

 

As for lounge noise, I really can't say since we didn't hear any on deck 8. I can say that we had a port side cabin, second to last from Aft end over the lounge on Vision and we did have issues with the band noise. Especially the bass guitar. However, our cabin was almost directly above the band stand.

Wow, you heard the band even up on the 8th deck? That makes me even more nervous, since we're on the 7th... We are, however, on the very back of the boat - maybe that will help.
