Not somewhere I would expect a hotel. No this is NOT the one next to the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel. While the article says rates start at $130 but the best I could get for 10/26 was $169 which isn't all that much better than the $195 I got at the Marriott - and I expect the Marriott to be somewhat nicer.
