about a mile from the Pier(about the same distance as the Brooklyn Marriott but in a different direction).

 

Not sure of the parking lot rules yet...it hasn't opened.

No this is NOT the one next to the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel. Its a brand new building on Union Street,,, right around the corner from one of favorite Italian rest two toms...

While the article says rates start at $130 but the best I could get for 10/26 was $169 which isn't all that much better than the $195 I got at the Marriott - and I expect the Marriott to be somewhat nicer. For $130, I would have booked it though.

I agree I just drove by it....an industrial block. If the Marriott is close stay at the Marriott.
