If you tend to drink a lot of soda, purchasing the "Soda Card" is worth it. They give you a little sticker to put on your cruise card/room key and it gets you all the fountain drinks you want. I think the cost is $22 for a 7 day cruise. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong!!:)

There are soda cards as posted and cans of Coke are 1.50 + 15% gratuity.

I have sailed on RCI, HAL, Carnival, Celebrity, Princess and except for the first sailing on RCI many years ago, have never seen soda free onboard. I think most, if not all, of the main stream cruise lines do not offer it free anymore. Sorry!

I usually do the soda card when I cruise. You buy this card on the day you embark and I believe it's $4/day(?) (times the number of days of your cruise). If you don't drink 3 sodas a day, then it doesn't pay to buy the card.
