Cruise Personaliser Confusion

a while ago, i was checking my booking summary and for the cabin catagory it says:

 

Cabin Category: Q - -ERROR-

 

what does the error mean? have they over booked these rooms and will i be hoping for an upgrade?

When we went on Star our cruise personaliser was showing the same thing. When we asked P&O about it they said it was a glitch in the cruise personaliser programing that affects ALL sailings out of Brisbane.. So sorry, it doesn't neccessarily mean that you're in line for an upgrade :D

My CP at the moment shows "error" next to ship. Not worried about it though. Might have something to do with the fact that the Dawn hasn't arrived here yet.

Hi Sam,

I'm leaving on the Star on 19th August. I've already got my ticket with an assigned cabin, yet CP still says error. However, we originally booked on Caribe Deck Inside, then we were bumped up to Baja Deck Inside but ended up with Aloha Deck Inside, so, don't lose hope about getting an upgrade or not just yet. Have a great cruise anyway.

thanks for the replys. for know i guess i will just ignore it and not expect an upgrade, that way if we dont get one i wont be disappointed.
