Xunantunich through Carnival Not Available?

We are traveling on the Carnival Glory August 26 and I wanted to book the Xunantunich ruins tour, but it doesn't come up on the available list of shore excursions for this cruise. I know people have taken the tour in the past, but I don't know if this means it won't be offered or it just hasn't shown up yet.

This is one tour that I wouldn't want to chance with a private tour operator, so if Carnival doesn't offer it, we'll have to do something else. Is Altun Ha a decent alternative? This will probably be our only chance to see any Mayan ruins, and we are definitely interested in seeing something that is fairly striking.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
