Is Bull and Whistle closed?

Heading to Key West on Rhapsody of the Seas soon.

 

Does anyone who has recently been there know if Bull and Whistle/Garden of Eden is closed now? A website my boyfriend just went to noted "closed". B&W website no longer up, but I've seen posts mentioning that is not unusual.

what is the bull and whistle?

They are bars on the corner of Duval and Caroline. The Bull is located on the bottom floor, the Whistle on the second (with open balcony facing Duval), and Garden of Eden is an open air clothing optional roof-top bar. On previous visits we spent a lot of time in the Bull enjoying the band. When we were there for a week in late May/early June, the entertainment seemed hit or miss (mostly miss).
