Star Princess - sterling & sabatinis?

The former Sterling Steak house is now called Tequila's and is billed as "a steakhouse with southwestern style". Or at least that was the case in April. We didn't eat there, but it looked nice if you love steak (they had uncooked "samples" near the entrance like many steak houses do if you want to check it out before booking there.) In April it never seemed particularly busy.

Hope this helps!
