When you get off the ferry in St Thomas after visiting St John, you can arrange for one of the East End Taxi Association drivers parked at the dock to give you a tour. Rates are standard per person. You can call them for more info 340-775-6974. They could then drop you at your ship after your tour.

We were on Carnival Glory 7/8 and we docked at 10AM. We didn't get off the ship until 12PM. They were calling the decks randomly to go thru customs...we were the last deck to be called, which turned out okay because customs was a breeze for us. Although they did make an announcement for anyone who had an early excursion they could go ahead thru customs even if their deck hadn't been called. We did an ecotour which departed @ 1:30...so we had to sit and wait for our deck to be called.
